They are taking over from Regi – aiming to preserve and renew Agency of the Year and Law Firm of the Year

Entrepreneurs Andréa Rylander and Henrik Nordling are now taking the helm of Agency of the Year and its sister award, Law Firm of the Year. The acquisition also includes Excellence in Client Relations and Byråpartners.se.

The ambition is to nurture the legacy while breathing new life into the industry's most high-profile awards, using the voices of the industry itself as a compass. A key priority for Andréa Rylander and Henrik Nordling is to ensure that the unique standing these awards have held over the years is maintained.

“We want to preserve the strength of the methodology while evolving in step with the industry's needs. For us, it’s about listening, taking in feedback on the current format, and ensuring that Agency of the Year and Law Firm of the Year remain relevant to agencies and their partners in an era where trust and long-term relationships are the true competitive advantage,” says Henrik Nordling.

Taking over with a passion for relationships

Andréa and Henrik have backgrounds from some of Sweden’s largest corporate law firms. There, they identified a common weakness early on: it was difficult to capture client feedback, and even harder to translate those insights into business development. From this, Goodfeed (2022) was born, offering a new method and platform for dialogue, feedback, and strengthened client relationships through continuous follow-ups. Goodfeed is used by companies in sectors including communications, law, management, and auditing, among others.

The acquisition marks the beginning of a new chapter for Agency of the Year and Law Firm of the Year in Sweden and Finland. Through dialogue with the industry, Andréa and Henrik want to ensure that the studies continue to serve as benchmarks for quality and trust, built on the most valuable voice of all: the client's.

“Business is done between people. Contracts may set the framework, but it is the relationships that determine whether collaborations succeed, for both agencies and clients. We are taking over with renewed energy and a clear vision to let the voices of clients continue to lead the way,” says Andréa Rylander.

The industry study that forms the basis for the competitions, Excellence in Client Relations (ECR), is also included in the acquisition and will continue to be conducted. The study is the Nordic region’s largest industry and client study, designed to provide independent, in-depth, and directly actionable insights to consulting firms.
